Change Manager
We expect you to have:
5 years of project management experience, a minimum 2 of which support change management efforts;
Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools;
Experienced in managing end-to-end complex transformational and/or organizational restructuring projects;
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences;
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships;
Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal;
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations;
Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere in challenging circumstances;
Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills;
Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
What you will do:
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption of required changes;
Develop and execute change management support activities, such as communication and training deliverables;
Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics;
Identify and manage anticipated and persistent “change” resistance;
Consult and coach project teams on change management best practices and support activities;
Complete change management assessments, e.g. change readiness surveys and mitigation tactics;
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress;
Support and engage senior leaders.
