We expect you to have:
- 5+ years of experience in a BA role or equivalent roles such as systems analyst, project coordinator, etc.;
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
- Superior collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Background in technology solution deployment projects, understanding of the technical aspects of application deployment and systems architecture is a strong advantage;
- Excellence in stakeholder management and ability to drive high standards of customer service and proactive communication;
- Experience with Executive level presentations and communication;
- Certification in a relevant business/process analysis framework is an advantage;
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
What you will do:
- End-to-end accountability for the business analysis;
- Facilitate requirement prioritization;
- Perform data analysis of data coming from various input files and databases;
- Identify and track requirements changes;
- Change management;
- Agreement with both customer and internal stakeholders ensuring achievable timescales and dependencies;
- Identify and assess risks and apply relevant mitigating actions;
- Ensure regular reporting according to the customer and Flow Logic requirements.
